For the past 3 years SSE has been learning about the best ways to support social entrepreneurs in Australia. We’ve heard and seen a lot of things that have contributed to our growing knowledge of the needs of social entrepreneurs in Australia. We’ve even heard that some social entrepreneurs don’t like to be called social entrepreneurs, but rather “people who like to do good stuff.”

Whether or not we’ve got the name right, the stand-out fact seems to be that that social entrepreneurs (read: do-ers, go-ers, movers, shakers, gentlers for change) are working EVERYWHERE in Australia. And now SSE wants to work out the best way to support people who may not live anywhere near our existing Schools in Melbourne and Sydney.
