Justine Colyer - CEO – Hills Community Support Group
Justine has a background in strategic planning, project management and risk management. She has been involved in the change management of delivering innovation and best practices for services and infrastructure, particularly in the human services field
She has significant experience in working in and running non-Government organisations in a voluntary capacity with a focus on building capacity, sustainability and public profile in an environment of limited funding and resources.
Arnold Stroobach – Hon. Consul of The Netherlands of Western Australia - Managing Director Zernike Australia
Arnold is an experienced director and manager in the field of innovation, entrepreneurship and economic development. Within SiiWA he is specialised in the ‘soft infrastructure’ of economic clusters: commercialisation of technologies, capital raising, business consultancy and incubation. Arnold brings in the depth and long time experience of Zernike of which he is managing director. Over the last 20 years Zernike has created, advised and managed Science Parks en incubators all over the world and invested and managed in a growing number seed and latter stage funds.
Anna Alderson
Anna has had a long career in education and community services working in Perth, Sydney and London. During that time she has been involved in many innovative projects and ranging from chairing a group that started a very alternative secondary school to working with Fred Chaney to try to bring together to have ‘Conversations about Conversations’ i.e. talking with people with whom we do not agree and being part of the team that merged 8 agencies of the Uniting Church to become Uniting Care West. Throughout her professional life she has also worked in a voluntary capacity on countless boards, committees of management and advisory committees and has developed a passion for understanding ‘good governance’ and how we can make it happen.
Duncan McPherson - State Manager – MLC Advice Solutions
Duncan is an experienced business leader focusing on building sustainable business practices by focussing on customer needs and efficient work practices. As a part of SiiWA’s Board he brings both a knowledge of big business and how they grapple with community and social opportunities and how small businesses can develop and grow through a clear purpose and accountability to their goals.
