Western Australia

Pollinators is a social enterprise driving social innovation which incubates projects and organisations that deliver positive outcomes for regional communities, in this case Geraldton,Western Australia.

Australia

Australian Social Innovation Exchange is a non-profit company formed to find better ways of tackling social problems and responding to growing community needs or opportunities.

This is achieved by enabling Australia’s changemakers to accelerate pioneering early-stage ideas into positive social change. ASIX endeavours to work with programs and projects that are empowering, pioneering, making the process of connecting people more systematic, being as open and collaborative as possible and, crucially, learning and sharing more about what works and why. http://www.asix.org.au/

School for Social Entrepreneurs The School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) Australia provides learning programs to enhance the effectiveness of Australia’s social entrepreneurs and their social ventures.

SSE runs a 9-month program that gives social entrepreneurs the personal and business support they need to grow their venture to be more effective. SSE is currently operating in Melbourne and Sydney but has future plans for expansion into Western Australia. http://www.sse.org.au/

The Centre for Social Impact (CSI), a unique partnership between the Business School of the University of New South Wales, the Asia Pacific Social Impact Leadership Centre of the Melbourne Business School, Swinburne University of Technology and the University of Western Australia Business School.

CSI’s mission is to create beneficial social impact in Australia through teaching, research, measurement and the promotion of public debate.

Social Business Australia (SBA) was formed in 2009 by a group of like-minded social businesses, to assist Australian social businesses to develop and grow in the competitive environment of the mainstream economy.

The Foundation for Youth Social Entrepreneurship (FYSE) inspires the next generation of young Changemakers and invests in, incubates, accelerates and mentors high potential young social entrepreneurs in Asia Pacific to solve our most pressing social and environmental problems and to bring prosperity to the region.

By providing a range of tailored support including a fellowship for Asia Pacific’s high potential young social entrepreneurs; entrepreneurship and social innovation training; and  research & consulting we aim to drive the field of youth social entrepreneurship in the region. www.fyse.org
